Most clinics make you phone to find out what care costs. Here is every fee, your rebate, and your actual out-of-pocket, updated August 2026, GST included where it applies.
Exercise physiology.

- Workers compensation / Comcare, approved rehabilitation billed to the insurer at the scheduled rates. Details
- Support at Home, arranged and billed through your registered provider. Details
Cancellation policy.
My week is built around a small number of 1:1 appointments, so late cancellations matter. For private, massage and Medicare appointments:
- Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment – 50% of the fee
- Cancelling within 2 hours, or not attending – 100% of the fee
Life happens, if something genuine comes up, call me on 0418 153 608 and we'll sort it out. NDIS, DVA and workers comp appointments follow their scheme's own cancellation rules.
About GST: where GST applies it is already included in the price shown, and that component goes straight to the ATO, not to me. Prices changed in August 2026 only because the practice reached the size where GST registration is required by law. Medicare CDM sessions are GST free. Health fund rebates for massage are processed on the spot via HICAPS for all major funds.
